Kirk Spring, President
Kirk Spring is SafeNet AT’s President and a member of its Board of Directors. As President, Kirk is focused on expanding SafeNet AT’s portfolio of data security products, creating an innovative work environment, and establishing SafeNet AT as a leader in the U.S. Federal market for providing high quality products and world class customer support.
Kirk has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Kirk spent 14 years with SafeNet, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Technology in SafeNet Inc.’s CTO office. In this role, he developed leading-edge data security technologies for customers in the U.S. Department of Defense. Before joining SafeNet Inc., Kirk held lead technical roles at several defense contractors developing next generation cryptographic equipment and integrated circuits.
Scott Litrenta, Controller
Scott Litrenta is SafeNet AT’s Controller. He is responsible for SafeNet AT’s financial organization overseeing the company’s financial and facilities operations.
Scott has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Scott spent five years with SafeNet, Inc. where he held the position of Senior Director of Accounting and Treasury Operations. Scott has held positions at Intelsat, Digex and AT&T. Scott is a CPA and holds Master degrees in Taxation from Seton Hall University and Business Administration from Loyola University of MD.
Jodi Schatz, Chief Product Officer
Jodi Schatz is SafeNet AT’s Chief Product Officer. She is responsible for SafeNet AT’s product management and engineering efforts in support of delivering data protection solutions to the U.S. Federal market. She also is responsible for the strategic planning for the company and taking the SafeNet AT products to the next level.
Previously, Jodi held positions as Vice President of Client Services at Gemalto, overseeing global customer support and cloud delivery of the Authentication product lines, and also as Vice President of Engineering, managing development resources worldwide for Enterprise Security and Authentication products, including their High-Assurance government division.
Vicki Huttar, Vice President, Sales
Vicki Huttar is SafeNet AT’s Vice President of Sales. She leads SafeNet AT’s sales, sales engineering, and business development organizations responsible for the company’s growth and customer success.
Previously, Vicki held sales positions with companies such as Microsoft, Hortonworks, EMC, F5, and more. Her passion is to bring creativity and teamwork to create winning sales teams that exceed company goals and initiatives.
Rob Hechler, Vice President of Operations
Rob Hechler is SafeNet AT’s Vice President of Operations. Rob leads SafeNet AT’s operations, supply chain, customer support, and IT organizations and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through their post-sale experience.
Rob has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Rob spent over 20 years with SafeNet Inc. most recently serving as the company’s Senior Director of Supply Chain & Hardware Quality Assurance. In this role, he was responsible for hardware quality assurance for all of SafeNet’s contract manufacturers. Rob has also held positions with AT&T and Cray Communications.
Lloyd Mitchell, Vice President, Engineering
Lloyd Mitchell is SafeNet AT’s’ Vice President of Engineering. Lloyd leads SafeNet AT’s engineering and innovation teams in developing and enhancing new and existing cyber security solutions for the U.S. Federal market.
Lloyd has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Lloyd spent over 20 years with SafeNet Inc. most recently serving as a Chief Architect. During his tenure with the company, he has grown a deep practical experience in data and network security through building products that secure corporate and national interests.
Bill Becker, Vice President of Product Management
Bill Becker is SafeNet AT’s Vice President of Product Management. Bill oversees SafeNet AT’s cryptographic key management product line and ensures that the company’s products meet the needs of its U.S. Federal customer base. Bill has spent nearly 30 years developing technology in support of cyber security and government initiatives.
Bill has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, he spent 18 years with SafeNet, Inc. most recently serving as a Technical Architect in the CTO’s office. In this role, he supported government-related business by focusing on transitioning traditional data security products to new virtual and cloud based architectures. Bill has also held positions at Northrop Grumman/Westinghouse.
Kristin Jazwiecki, Director of Human Resources
Kristin Jazwiecki is SafeNet AT’s Director of Human Resources. Kristin leads SafeNet AT’s human resources organization and oversees the company’s employee policy, benefits and recruiting efforts.
Kristin has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Prior to joining SafeNet AT, Kristin spent the last five years with ADP as a Human Resource Business Partner. She has also held positions at Alliance Inc.
Alison Maine, Director of Marketing
Alison Maine is SafeNet AT’s Director of Marketing. Alison leads SafeNet AT’s marketing organization and is responsible for the company’s communications, branding, demand generation, and content creation efforts.
Alison has been with SafeNet AT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, she spent the last few years with SafeNet, Inc. most recently leading the company’s U.S. Federal field marketing efforts. Alison has also held positions supporting the U.S. Federal market at immixGroup and IBM.
